GEP has adopted and is implementing an anti-corruption and bribery policy, under which it is committed to:
- Implement and maintain an effective anti-bribery management system
- Promote ethical behavior, transparency and compliance with the law
- Provide the necessary resources for the implementation and continuous improvement of the system
- Ensure that employees and partners are trained to and comply with the policy
GEP has established and follows an anti-bribery and corruption policy, which covers all employees, executives, partners and suppliers, as well as all business activities and transactions carried out, within or outside the company.
GEP has zero tolerance for practices of offering or accepting money, gifts or services with the aim of obtaining favorable treatment, as well as for providing monetary or non-monetary incentives, for undertaking or for continuing a business relationship.
GEP follows and implements practices of continuous improvement of the policy, which is regularly reviewed as well, in order to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with current legal requirements.
