Health & Safety is increasingly recognized as a strategic driver of sustainability, resilience and growth for every modern organization. In this constantly evolving environment, GEP continues to lead the way and actively contribute to shaping the developments that are defining the future of Occupational Health & Safety in Greece.
The past few months have been marked by intense activity, with important partnerships, increased engagement and initiatives that create value for businesses, employees and society.
A key milestone has been the first Panhellenic Survey on Occupational Health & Safety ’26, conducted by GEP in collaboration with the Democritus University of Thrace. This initiative aims to systematically map the current state, needs and challenges of Occupational Health & Safety in Greece.
The developments shaping the future of work were at the heart of our participation and contributions at major business and institutional forums, including the Delphi Economic Forum XI, the CFO Summit, the Construction Project Management Conference, the Security Project & Fire & Safety Forum and the ATHLOS Business Summit, where we highlighted the importance of business resilience, technological advancement, and people-centered leadership.
Through interviews and features in leading media outlets such as Fortune, Power Game, Build, Euro2day, BizNow, InfoCom, and CSRnews, our executives addressed critical issues shaping the modern workplace -from the use of Artificial Intelligence and the impact of the climate crisis to the shift from basic compliance towards a meaningful culture of prevention and care.
Our activities also extended to initiatives connecting Health & Safety with sustainability and best practices. Our collaboration with Growthfund, as well as our involvement as a strategic partner in the national “Epicheiro Kyklika” program, enabled us to share expertise and methodologies around ESG and modern Health & Safety management.
Training and knowledge sharing remain at the heart of our activities. Through certified programs and specialized training in First Aid, Fire Safety, Working at Height – IRATA, natural hazards, Facility Management and Whistleblowing, we strengthened business continuity and employees’ skills, supporting safe and supportive work environments.

From initiatives connecting us with the academic community and the next generation of professionals to “Bring Your Kids @ Work”, voluntary blood donation, AI, and Leadership Masterclasses, we continue to foster an environment of collaboration, development, and contribution that reflects our values and philosophy as an organization.
