As of 28 September 2026, a new procedure is in force for keeping the Book of Recommendations of the Safety Technician and Occupational Physician electronically in the Integrated Information System (OPS) of the Labour Inspectorate, in accordance with Decision No. 25548/25.09.2026.
The new procedure brings significant changes to the way recommendations are recorded, submitted and monitored, creating a single electronic history for recording and managing the related actions. Of particular importance are the final submission of entries, the electronic acknowledgement of receipt by the employer, as well as the procedure followed when clarifications or additions are required.
