As a strategic advisor on Health & Safety, GEP supported the Health & Safety Conference of the Growthfund, which was attended by executives from the Group’s companies.
The event followed a project carried out by GEP for selected Growthfund organizations, aimed at assessing the current state of Health & Safety, identifying key areas for improvement and developing practical recommendations to strengthen relevant systems and processes.
Through the presentations and discussion, the importance of Health & Safety was highlighted not only as a matter of regulatory compliance, but also as a critical pillar of strategic governance, business resilience and organizational culture.
