The Written Occupational Risk Assessment (WORA) is a key tool for the safety of employees and the compliance of every company with the legislation.
Through WORA:
• Existing prevention and protection measures are assessed

What does WORA include
- Identification and recording of risks, such as:
- Falls, electric shock, fire, explosion
- Risks from machinery, chemical and biological substances
- Psychosocial factors and workplace bullying
- Evaluation of existing prevention and protection measures
- Proposal for additional measures to enhance the safety and health of employees
Legislative framework
According to Law 3850/2010 (Article 43), the employer is obliged to possess a written assessment of the existing risks related to the safety and health of employees, including those concerning groups of employees with increased risks.
