The BBS Program integrates employees’ behavior into the workplace safety, aiming to eliminate accidents through safe behavior. It focuses on mindful selection of safe actions and the rejection of dangerous ones, to create a robust safety culture in the company.
Implementation Process
The implementation of BBS is carried out in three phases:
- Safety Culture Survey: Evaluation of the existing level of safety culture in the organization.
- Strategic Planning: Determination of the desired level, and organization of the path to achieve it.
- Behavior Monitoring: Implementation of the action plan, and regular review of progress.
