The seismic sequence in the marine area between Thira and Amorgos continues to cause heightened concern today, both among the citizens and the broader community, as well as the state.
However, beyond the legitimate concern of the residents in the affected areas, there is widespread anxiety across the country, as Greece is a country with significant seismic activity.
In light of the above, and with a focus on contributing to the prevention efforts in dealing with dangerous situations, we provide key self-protection guidelines for earthquakes, always in accordance with the recommendations and directions of the relevant authorities, namely “Civil Protection” and “OASP – Organization for Anti-Seismic Planning and Protection.“
