GEP enables companies to train their human resources remotely in a synchronous or asynchronous mode, based on their needs.
Why GEP
GEP synchronous e-learning courses in First Aid are interactive and encourage the participation of learners. They have specialized audiovisual material, creating in participants the necessary certainty that they will be able to practice the knowledge and skills they have acquired remotely. The synchronous online seminars are implemented by GEP experienced team of trainers and can be tailored to the needs of your business. All participants are awarded the relevant “Certificate of Attendance” of the seminar.
GEP asynchronous e-learning courses in First Aid allows learners to train at their own pace, and at a time that they may set themselves. They are also given the opportunity to review their educational subject, whenever the need or desire arises. The seminar is structured based on indicative incidents that one may encounter in their everyday life in their workplace, but also outside of it. After studying all the cases, a series of training courses follows, for a better understanding of the practices. Upon completion of the study of the educational material, the trainees can try their “Assessment”, which consists of 20 questions. They have at their disposal only one attempt, which must be completed in 30 minutes. If they collect 60% of the score, their attempt is considered successful, and they obtain the relevant “Certificate of Attendance” of the seminar.
