Objectives
The participants of the GWO Fire Safety training course are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills, to identify and manage fire risks in wind turbine installations.
Upon completion of the program, trainees will be able to:
- Identify potential hazards and implement fire prevention measures
- Assess fires and select the appropriate extinguishing agent
- Take responsibility for evacuating personnel, ensuring everyone’s safety
- Use basic firefighting equipment to deal with an initial fire, when safe to do so
Certification Duration: 24 months
Renewal: Certificates and training records must be renewed before they expire
