Health and safety at work is a primary responsibility of every employer, who, according to legal provisions, is obliged to ensure the health and safety of employees in all aspects of their work, as well as to take measures that protect the health and safety of third parties.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a set of measures, policies, and procedures aimed at protecting workers from occupational hazards, accidents, and illnesses.

To ensure the necessary health and safety conditions, the employer is required to appoint a Safety Technician and/or an Occupational Physician (depending on the number of employees or other parameters) and to cooperate with them, providing full support and implementing their recommendations.
