The new “Implementation Guidelines of Ministerial Decision No. 110581/2025 (Government Gazette 2161/B’/06-05-2025)” define the framework for the implementation of EFET’s training programs. Their objective is to ensure the uniform and proper application of the Ministerial Decision by all parties involved in the mandatory training of food business personnel.
According to the guidelines, a new electronic application procedure is established for submitting requests to EFET for the approval of Level 1 mandatory food handler training programs.
