GEP offers a comprehensive Facility Management (FM) training program, designed to holistically address the needs of professionals in the field and prepare them for certification by the accredited body TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD).
The program includes 4 LEVELS, totaling 40 hours, covering both technical (hard) and support (soft) FM services, as well as health & safety topics and contract management.
Course Outline
LEVEL 1: 2 Days (24 & 26/11) – 8 Training Hours (4+4 hrs)
1. Introduction to Facility Management
- Definition of Facility Management and reference to ISO 41001:2018
- Services and responsibilities of the Facility Manager
- Scope of FM (Hard & Soft Services)
- Work execution methods and use of outsourcing
- Description of FM roles and responsibilities
- Role of FM in budget development and monitoring
- Types of planning based on time horizon
- Budgeting stages and selected budgeting forms
- Selected forms of budgeting
- Individual FM-related budgets
2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Why do we measure?
- Performance measurements and goals

- Interpersonal skills of the Facility Manager: negotiation, communication, complaint management
- Energy saving in building management

LEVEL 4: 2 Days (15 & 17/12) – 10 Training Hours (6+4 hrs)

Modular Structure: Four individual periods (one per LEVEL); exams only for those who attend all four

Certificate of Attendance
Issued by GEP upon participation. Includes access to electronic training material.
Certification
After the training program, participants will take the certification exams by the accredited body TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) according to ELOT EN ISO/IEC 17024, to become Certified Facility Management Experts.
Cost
€980 + 24% VAT (includes certification). In case of failure, the first re-examination is free
