GWO Training Policy
GEP implements high-quality training services according to International Standards for optimal results.
The company has developed Basic Safety Training (BST) & Basic Safety Training Refresher (BSTR) programs, in accordance with the requirements of the Global Wind Organization (GWO). Both are aimed at professionals in the wind energy industry, and include:

To ensure the quality of training, GEP implements a management system in accordance with the GWO Standard. Management is committed to actively participating in the implementation of training, through the following:
- Setting and monitoring goals
- Providing appropriate means & resources
- Ensuring compliance with legal and training requirements
- Continuous reviewing and improvement of the program
The training courses are held at the Training Center of GEP (51 Samou & Fragoklisias, Marousi), as well as at customers’ facilities which meet the set specifications, using a mobile training platform (container).
GEP invests in the continuous development of its partners, promoting new technologies and best practices in the field of training.
Environmental Policy
GEP actively participates in recycling programs for paper, plastic and glass, promoting the reuse of packaging materials. In parallel, it implements the ISO 14001:2009 Standard, committed to reducing its environmental footprint.
Through the standard, the company:
- Fully complies with the legal and regulatory requirements for environmental protection
- Trains its staff on environmental management issues
- Reduces waste generated, and ensures its safe management

Complaints Handling Policy
GEP management is committed to implementing and continuously improving the handling of complaints and to demonstrate to stakeholders its determination to serve their needs.
GEP manages all customer and stakeholder complaints with transparency, impartiality, immediacy and confidentiality. The company is also committed to:
- Ensure that its complaints handling policy is visible, understandable and accessible to all stakeholders
- Observe the applicable national and EU legislation, while respecting its commitments to the protection of personal data
- Develop and implement a comprehensive complaints management strategy, encouraging open dialogue
- Promote a culture of recognizing the value of complaints, and encouraging staff to treat complaints as opportunities for improvement
- Set and monitor realistic targets for the resolution of complaints, as well as the continuous improvement of the system
- Ensure adequate resources for the effective handling of complaints, by continuously training the staff involved.
- Implement a comprehensive complaint monitoring and handling system, in accordance with ISO 10002

Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy
GEP has adopted and is implementing an anti-corruption and bribery policy, under which it is committed to:
- Implement and maintain an effective anti-bribery management system
- Promote ethical behavior, transparency and compliance with the law
- Provide the necessary resources for the implementation and continuous improvement of the system
- Ensure that employees and partners are trained to and comply with the policy
GEP has established and follows an anti-bribery and corruption policy, which covers all employees, executives, partners and suppliers, as well as all business activities and transactions carried out, within or outside the company.
GEP has zero tolerance for practices of offering or accepting money, gifts or services with the aim of obtaining favorable treatment, as well as for providing monetary or non-monetary incentives, for undertaking or for continuing a business relationship. GEP follows and implements practices of continuous improvement of the policy, which is regularly reviewed as well, in order to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with current legal requirements.
