Its primary purpose is to prevent risks during any activities that may occur after the project&#8217;s completion and throughout its operational life. The HSF delivered by the contractor to the project owner must comply with the requirements set forth in Presidential Decree 305\/1996.<\/p>\n<p>The Health and Safety File includes the project logbook namely, the drawings and technical specifications along with the instructions and relevant information regarding Occupational Health and Safety that should be taken into account during any subsequent works throughout the life of the project (such as maintenance, alterations, cleaning, etc.). Indicatively, this may include the safe execution of various tasks, risk avoidance related to utility networks (water supply, electricity, gas, steam, etc.), fire safety, and more.[\/nectar_responsive_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221;
