The law protects people reporting such breaches and organizes the procedure for submitting, receiving and following up on reports. At the same time, it provides sanctions for its breaches and encourages employees to file complaints through secure and confidential procedures, providing strong support measures for them.<\/p>\n<p>The breaches covered by the law include issues such as public procurement, financial services, product and transport safety, environmental protection, health and safety of foodstuff and feed, protection of personal data, nuclear safety, public health, as well as breaches affecting the EU&#8217;s financial interests and the internal market.[\/nectar_responsive_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Why GEP &#8221;
