In Greece, the implementation of these rules is carried out through the Joint Ministerial Decree 40955\/4862\/2013 (adaptation of Greek Legislation to the provisions of Directive 2012\/45\/EE, on the inland transport of dangerous goods).<\/p>\n<p>According to this legislation, companies involved in transport, loading or unloading dangerous goods, are required to have a Transport Safety Advisor for the Transport of Dangerous Goods (acronym in GR \u201c\u03a3\u0391\u039c\u0395\u0395\u201d). The Transport Safety Advisor \u2013 \u03a3\u0391\u039c\u0395\u0395, is responsible for implementing the appropriate procedures that ensure the safety of workers, assets and the environment.[\/nectar_responsive_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Why GEP &#8221;
