In high-risk industries such as are the refineries and chemical plants, the Health and Safety at Work Services (OSH) are vital. During their operation and especially during scheduled or emergency maintenance (shut-down, turn-around), GEP make available its specialized engineers for the tasks of the Occupational Safety Officers, either working in full-time or in part-time shifts basis, according to the minimum requirements of legislation; our staff can also work for the:

• support for the Health and Safety Management System and the Health and Safety Department of the plant
• development and implementation of the Health and Safety Plan of the plant,
• performance of Audits & Inspections,
• issuance of the Work Permits,
• management of the Health and Safety of the subcontractors working there, and provision of induction training of the workers
