Psychosocial risks can occur in any workplace, but they can be assessed and managed effectively with EAP – Employee Assistance Programs.
Stress is the second most important occupational health problem that is commonly reported by employees in Europe. According to the European Health and Safety Agency (EUOSHA) stress, along with other psychosocial risks, is considered to be responsible for more than half of all lost work days (50–60%). A troubled psychosocial work environment can have significant negative consequences to employee’s health.
