World Well – Being Week: June 24 – 28 – Exercise

Did you know that doing 20-30 minutes of exercise a day can effectively help not only lose weight but also strengthen your mind.

Well Being World Week is a perfect occasion to rethink our lifestyle by upgrading its quality.  Walking, teamwork with colleagues, playing with kids in the park are just some of the simple actions you can incorporate into your daily routine, thus strengthening your mind and body:

1) Walk more

Walking is one of the easiest and most effective ways to increase your activity. Find a friend who is walking or joining group activities such as a hiking group.

2) Use the stairs

For a few floors you do not need the elevator!

3) Start jogging

Whether in the gym or outdoors, running is good for your well-being and for burning calories! Just do it!

4) Limit your routes by car

If you need to drive to work, try to park further away from your destination and walk the rest of the way. After all, for a short ride we don’t have to take the car!

5) Family and fun

Be active with the family. Play in the garden or park with your children.

6) Gardening

It can provide a good workout if you have a garden or a friend of yours or family member.

7) Start a sport as a hobby

Find what you like and express it and get started.
